Cranberry sauce is a Christmas classic, and it's so simple to make that it's surprising that more people don't do it.
To serve around 10 people, you'll need:
- 335g cranberries
- 200g white sugar
- 235ml orange juice
Dissolve the sugar in the orange juice in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the cranberries and continue to cook until the cranberries start to pop (which usually takes around 10 minutes). Remove from the heat and place in a serving dish. The cranberry sauce will thicken as it cools.
