Rabbit burgers - serves 2
Ingredients for rabbit burgers
- 350g minced rabbit
- 100g minced pork belly
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 4 sage leaves, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions for making rabbit burgers
- In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients apart from the olive oil
- Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Divide the mixture in half and shape into two burgers
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat
- Heat the burgers for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through
